MOMENTS FOR ME

Simple Steps to Self-compassion & Authentic Living

Hello lovely,

Welcome to the very first edition of Moments For Me!

Autumn has begun, the local children have gone back to school, and summer is slowly disappearing.

Despite the beautiful sunshine as I write this, I can already feel my body anticipating winter. Annoyingly, I am going through a few days of ADHD/Autistic burnout, making it hard to function or communicate like usual, so progress is gentle right now.

Still, I'm thrilled to be here with you, sharing small yet powerful ways to bring more self-compassion and authenticity into your daily life. Let's dive in.

Moment #1: Self-Compassion 💛

Give yourself permission to be imperfect. You don’t have to have it all figured out or be everything to everyone. It's okay to simply be in this moment, doing your best with what you have.

Moment #2: Authentic Living 🌱

Start your day by setting an intention that aligns with your true self. Whether it’s being more patient with yourself or saying no when you need to, let this intention guide you through the day.

Moment #3: Simple, Loving Act 🕯️

Take five minutes today to breathe deeply. Close your eyes, place your hand on your heart, and remind yourself that you are worthy of love, just as you are.

Thank you for sharing this moment with me. Remember, these small steps are powerful. Take your time, be kind to yourself, and cherish these moments for you.

Until next time, take care.

Emma 💞
