Welcome back to another Moments For Me. This week, we’re focusing on reclaiming rest and letting go of the idea that you need to “earn” it.


Moment #1: Self-Compassion 💛

Remind yourself that rest is a natural need, not a reward. Giving yourself permission to rest reduces stress and allows your body and mind to restore, ultimately improving your resilience.

Moment #2: Authentic Living 🌱

Today, practise tuning into your energy levels rather than following a strict to-do list. Listening to your body fosters a deeper connection with yourself and helps you honour what you truly need to feel well.

Moment #3: Simple, Loving Act 🕯️

Set aside five minutes to just sit quietly, with no agenda. Simple acts of stillness help reset your nervous system, making it easier to handle life’s demands with calm and focus.
