Hello there,

I’m glad to connect for another Moments For Me. This time of year can be often full of challenges, good ones and not so good ones. So, this week, let’s talk about building self-trust—learning to rely on and believe in yourself.


Moment #1: Self-Compassion 💛

Whenever self-doubt creeps in, remind yourself of a time when you made a good choice or followed your intuition. Recognising these moments helps build self-trust, as it shows your mind you’re capable of making choices that work for you.

Moment #2: Authentic Living 🌱

Today, make one decision based purely on what feels right to you—not what others suggest or expect. Practising self-trust in small ways helps you feel more confident and aligned with your values.

Moment #3: Simple, Loving Act 🕯️

Write a short affirmation that reinforces your self-trust, such as “I am learning to trust myself more each day.” Repeating affirmations reminds your mind of your own reliability.
