Hello again,

I’m so glad to connect with you for another Moments For Me. Today, let’s talk about letting go of the pressure of “shoulds” and embracing what feels right for you.


Moment #1: Self-Compassion 💛

Let go of the idea that you “should” be a certain way. Whether it’s societal expectations or internal pressure, remind yourself that your worth isn’t tied to meeting these demands. You are enough, just as you are.

Moment #2: Authentic Living 🌱

When making decisions today, ask yourself, "Is this what I truly want, or is it what I think I should want?" Let your choices reflect your authentic self, even in small ways.

Moment #3: Simple, Loving Act 🕯️

Write yourself a kind note. It can be as simple as "You’re doing great" or "I’m proud of you." Place it somewhere you’ll see it throughout the day as a gentle reminder of your own support.


Thank you for taking these moments for yourself. Remember, letting go of “shoulds” is a step towards living more authentically. Be kind to yourself as you navigate this path. Until next time, keep caring for you.
