Welcome back to Moments For Me.

I’m so excited to share something special with you!

To help you bring more self-compassion and authenticity into your daily life, I’ve created an October Moments For Me Calendar just for you.

Each week, you’ll find simple prompts for self-compassion, authentic living, and small loving acts to bring you moments of peace and joy.

Feel free to follow along or choose the ones that speak to you most. These moments are yours to enjoy whenever you need them.

Now, for some moments, let’s explore the power of pausing—giving yourself the space to breathe, reflect, and be in the moment.


Moment #1: Self-Compassion 💛

Whenever you feel overwhelmed, allow yourself to pause. Even just a moment of stillness can help you reset and approach things with a gentler perspective.

Moment #2: Authentic Living 🌱

Practice being fully present in one activity today. Whether it's eating, walking, or having a conversation, give it your full attention. Notice how it feels to be completely in the moment.

Moment #3: Simple, Loving Act 🕯️

Take a brief walk outside if you can. Even a few minutes in nature can help ground you and bring a sense of calm. Notice the sounds, smells, and sights around you, and let them nourish your spirit.
