Welcome back to another Moments For Me. Today, let’s talk about the importance of creating space for yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally.


Moment #1: Self-Compassion 💛

It’s okay to need space. Whether it’s a moment of quiet, a physical space that’s all yours, or emotional distance from stress, giving yourself space is a form of self-compassion. Honour your need to retreat and recharge.

Moment #2: Authentic Living 🌱

Today, consider how you can create more space in your life. It could be decluttering a corner of your home, setting a boundary, or taking a moment of silence just for yourself. Authentic living means recognising and respecting your own needs.

Moment #3: Simple, Loving Act 🕯️

Choose a spot in your home to make your own. Add something comforting—a soft blanket, a candle, or a plant—and let this space be your sanctuary where you can retreat whenever you need.
