Hey there,

I’m so glad to be here with you for another Moments For Me. As I write, autumn is upon us, and the trees are gloriously coloured on the mountainside opposite my home. The downside is that 'mud season' has started and my dog Bear enjoys running in mud too much 🫣

Today, let’s focus on trusting your inner voice and letting it guide you in your journey.


Moment #1: Self-Compassion 💛

Your inner voice is a powerful guide. Trust it, even when it’s quiet or drowned out by external noise. Cultivate self-compassion by listening to what your heart is telling you, and honouring your own truth.

Moment #2: Authentic Living 🌱

As you go through your day, pause and listen to your inner voice. Whether it’s making a decision or simply checking in with yourself, let your authentic self lead the way. Trust that you know what’s best for you.

Moment #3: Simple, Loving Act 🕯️

Spend a few minutes journaling or reflecting on a decision or situation. Write down what your inner voice is telling you, without judgement. Let this be a moment of connection with your true self.


Thank you for taking these moments to listen to yourself. Trusting your inner voice is a powerful act of self-compassion and authenticity. Be gentle with yourself as you follow where it leads. Until next time, keep trusting you.
