Hi there,

I'm so glad you’re here for another Moments For Me. I've been having some work done on my house lately to make repairs after a water leak a year ago. It's been super slow progress dealing with the insurance company and a long year to get to the point where everything is almost good again. So, this week, we’re talking about moving at your own pace—giving yourself permission to go slow, without pressure.


Moment #1: Self-Compassion 💛

Remind yourself today that it’s okay to take things at your own pace. Progress doesn’t have to be fast to be meaningful, and moving slower can actually help reduce stress and build confidence over time.

Moment #2: Authentic Living 🌱

As you go about your day, notice if you feel pressured to keep up with others’ timelines. Try to make decisions based on your energy levels and needs, not external expectations. Living at your own pace helps you stay in tune with what’s right for you.

Moment #3: Simple, Loving Act 🕯️

Set a mini goal today that feels achievable without rushing. Small steps create a steady rhythm, and they’re a gentle reminder that your pace is perfect as it is.
